for strategic investment growth, high-value acquisitions, complex deal structuring, and
international partnerships across major global markets. A pioneering leader in real estate
innovation, he is among the first professionals in Dubai to facilitate premium property transactions
using digital currencies.
So Wooi Man Andy
Director
International business executive with 30 years of experience across Asia, MENA, South America,
and Europe. Built a successful career spanning state-owned and private sectors, including BUCG,
CNPC, CR15G, CESEC, CEEDI, and L.E.P.A.
Over the past decade, focused on top-tier insurance and financial services, with particular expertise
in bank instruments for international markets. Combines unique strengths in individual financial
planning, global asset management (MENA specialisation), and capital raising across alternative
assets – Private Equity, Hedge Funds, and Funds of Funds – through multiple market cycles.
